This flooring was residentially made popular in the mid-20th century. At Floor Restore and More we call it the hidden gem as it is usually covered by other flooring but is a lifetime flooring for your home.
We offer various levels of refinishing: Deep cleaning (Basic), powder polishing (mid-level) and complete restoration through diamond polishing (premium service).
We are able to patch cracks or chipped areas. The only thing that can hurt the finish is acidic products such as cleaning chemicals and pet urine. Every few years, may require some rebuffing in main walkways depending on wear, but overall it is a very low maintenance floor. How to care for concrete/terrazzo floors: Steam mop or traditional mop with Dawn dish soap.
