At Floor Restore & More, our install teams have the skills and expertise for any hardwood floor installation. Hardwood flooring never goes out of style. With the popularity of whole-home hardwood flooring, many homeowners are looking for a company that can handle the install from beginning to end.
We can clean carpets and make them look like new again but we are also the top experts in Lakeland for carpet installations! To make the process a little easier, we’ve put together some helpful information for you on what to expect during your hardwood floor installation.
Before the Hardwood Floor Installation
First thing’s first, we need to choose which type of hardwood floors you want for your home. Purchased your own flooring already? No problem! We specialize in installing customer-supplied flooring materials.
If you haven’t purchased your flooring yet, that’s okay! We can help with that, too. The most popular hardwood floor options are oak and pine. Rest assured, we’ll find the right flooring specifically for you!
After you choose the flooring, we’ll measure all the areas that need our attention and move on to ordering the wood.
Prep Your Space For the Hardwood Floor Installation
Once we have all the hardwood floors ordered, we’ll take the opportunity to prep your space for the install. At this point, we’ll be measuring, checking/replacing the sub floors, removing molding from the room, and making sure your space is clean and prepped for the installation.
Ready to Install Your New Hardwood Floors
Now we get to do the fun part – the installation! We couldn’t be more excited to help you through this process. Your home will thank you for calling the professionals at Floor Restore & More!
